Our hardworking Qventus team has always brought an unparalleled level of brilliance, determination, and passion to the table, fueling our vision to alleviate the administrative burden from providers to deliver highly reliable care for patients. We’ve consistently and successfully navigated the evolving healthcare landscape with innovative AI solutions that unlock efficiency and drive growth for our health systems partners.

Today I’m proud to announce that we’ve secured our latest milestone in continued success: a $105 million investment led by global investment firm KKR. This funding also includes additional participation from world-renowned investment firm Bessemer Venture Partners and new strategic investors, including leading health systems Northwestern Medicine, HonorHealth, and Allina Health.

Less than 5% of start-ups reach Series D funding. Every team member and valued partner at Qventus has contributed to solidifying our market leadership and earning our place in this 5% success story. There’s something exceptional about what we do, and this investment cements our position as a leading AI solutions provider across inpatient and outpatient operations.

Advancing our capacity to drive millions of dollars more in ROI

This funding will accelerate the development and expansion of our AI Operational Assistants platform across care settings, building upon the success of our existing offerings like Qventus’ Surgical Growth and Inpatient Capacity.

Since we founded Qventus in 2012, we’ve combined our technical expertise with our deep understanding of healthcare challenges to address health system pain points across care settings with a suite of AI solutions – and we’re only gaining momentum.

In the last year alone, Qventus’ Inpatient Solution eliminated over 36,000 excess days for our health system partners, saving them millions of dollars and helping them create the capacity to serve more patients in their communities.

In 2024, our Surgical Growth solution generated $95 million in annualized contribution margin through Qventus-enabled cases, touched more than 500 million surgeries, and drove 35% more robotic cases, helping more patients receive the critical care they need.

Unlocking new horizons in healthcare

This investment in Qventus is a testament to our vision that we can build AI solutions that generate best-in-industry ROI while also helping our partners provide highly reliable care to their communities.

What an incredible validation at a time when healthcare systems are hindered by administrative inefficiencies and staff are experiencing alarming rates of burnout with a serious nursing shortage on the horizon.

With this new capital, we can continue maximizing our growth and launching new solutions that eliminate manual, fragmented, and antiquated processes, and give every admin their own AI teammate. And in doing this, we can deliver on promises to our partners to help achieve the margins needed to fulfill their mission to deliver exceptional care to their communities.

Extraordinary results for extraordinary efforts

This financing follows a year of significant growth for Qventus – and a lot of hard work from our team.

We’ve grown our number of health system partners, expanded our team globally, and received an impressive overall KLAS score of 92.5 percent in the capacity management segment, with 100 percent of customers including Qventus in their long-term plans.

We also won Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices Customer Value Leadership Award for our commitment to providing best-in-class solutions that generate an average of over 10x return on investment for our hospital and health system clients.

Congratulations to everyone at the Qventus team. Your dedication to achieving this vision drives every success we celebrate. I’m excited about what 2025 will bring.
