At Qventus, our success is inextricably – and intentionally – linked to our clients’ success. The proof is in the ROI: we’ve demonstrated an average over 10x ROI for our health system and hospital clients.
It’s always exciting when our hard work is publicly recognized, so I’m honored to announce that Frost & Sullivan has named Qventus a 2024 Customer Value Leader in the North American patient flow industry.
As part of their 2024 Best Practices Awards, Frost & Sullivan evaluated multiple nominees using a rigorous analytical process, and Qventus rose to the top across a wide range of award criteria, including financial performance, operational efficiency, growth potential, and the customer experience.
A standout focus on the patient experience in a growing market
In their report, Frost & Sullivan estimated the patient flow management market will reach $5.9 billion in 2028, with a compound annual growth rate of about 13.8% from 2023 to 2028. With our flagship inpatient and perioperative solutions plus the recent rollout of new AI Operational Assistants, Qventus is poised for growth. According to the report, “In this ever-evolving patient flow management market, Qventus is poised to cement its leadership in automating care operations across acuity settings.”
Delivering unmatched client experiences
Another highlight of the award was Frost & Sullivan’s recognition of our unique approach to client satisfaction and positive outcomes. Our objectives and key results (OKR) framework ensures that client success is woven into every interaction. We’re proud to use a myriad of tools to stay laser-focused on the client experience, including biannual Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, and a client advisory council.
In the report, Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Research Analyst Marcos Ainchil noted, “While Qventus’ technology is undoubtedly impressive, their relationship with clients is what truly stands out. Clients overwhelmingly view Qventus as a partner, not just a software vendor. They have a deep understanding of each client’s unique challenges and configure solutions to solve them.”
This partnership approach has delivered for our clients in spades. The report lauds our Inpatient Solution for reducing length of stay (LOS) by up to 1 day per patient, with a 20-35% decrease in excess days and our Perioperative Solution for adding 60-70 additional cases per OR per year.
A meaningful end to an incredible year
As we turn our attention toward 2025, we’re incredibly honored to receive this award and grateful to Frost & Sullivan for the recognition of our hard work in building enduring client relationships and delivering meaningful value. I invite you to read the full report for more details.
Thank you to the entire Qventus team for the unending enthusiasm, dedication to delivering powerful operations solutions, and commitment to world-class client experiences.
