QConnect 2025 brought Qventus employees together to reflect on achievements, connect with peers, and explore what’s next for the company.

Last month, Qventoids from around the world packed their bags and traveled—some thousands of miles—to Phoenix for our annual all-company event. We spent three days celebrating and enjoying time together as we reflected on our achievements and previewed our 2025 roadmap. QConnect is about more than just work—in between sessions, we shared meals, played board games, and gave some world-class karaoke performances.
In the words of one of our Qventoids who has attended multiple times, “QConnect has always been more than just a company offsite. It’s one of my favorite events of the year—we get to connect, amplify our impact, and grow together as one team.”
A milestone worth celebrating
This year’s event was even more special as we celebrated a major funding announcement—KKR led the $105 million investment with support from Bessemer Venture Partners and a handful of our leading health system partners. This is a testament to their belief in our vision and the momentum we’ve built together. It was an incredible moment to recognize the hard work of every Qventoid and the bright future ahead.
Innovation in action
One of the most anticipated events of every QConnect is the Qventus Hackathon, where teams of talented Qventoids come together to develop creative solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare operations and automation. The energy and innovation on display were truly inspiring, reinforcing our shared mission to transform the lives of frontline workers and the patients they care for.
Recognizing Qventoids
The Clara Barton Awards began in 2019 as a way to honor Qventoids who truly embody our six core values, and they are one of the most meaningful traditions at Qventus. We were so excited to recognize the incredible individuals who embody these values that are the foundation of everything we do at Qventus.
Working together globally
Our team logs in from all over the world, and 28% are outside of the United States. Some employees who came to QConnect this year were visiting the U.S. for the very first time. It’s truly wonderful to be able to sit in the same room with coworkers you’ve only ever seen on screen—you could feel the energy of the company.
Qventus has added more than 40 new team members in the past year—and for new employees, attending QConnect for the first time is incredibly important. While we have all-hands meetings a couple times a month and opportunities to meet in person each year, QConnect is the best opportunity to meet everyone in person.
“I always leave QConnect feeling hopeful and energized. Each year that we come together, it seems like there is so much good, so much momentum and buzz,” one employee shared.
Connecting with clients
Each year at QConnect we get to attend a panel where our clients share some of the problems they are faced with in the market and how our solutions helped them achieve their goals. This year we had the privilege of hearing from Lisa Burgin of HonorHealth, a true champion for our Perioperative Care Coordination solution. We see our clients as true partners—we work hand-in-hand with them day in and day out, and we deeply value hearing their stories and receiving their feedback.
For many of us, the highlight of QConnect was the opportunity to go on-site with HonorHealth. We got to sit with some of their incredible pre-admission testing nurses to see our Perioperative Care Coordination Solution in action. Seeing our solutions at work and understanding the day-to-day experiences of healthcare teams using Qventus reenergized our mission and commitment to supporting these frontline workers.
Focusing on the customer experience with KLAS
One particularly memorable session at QConnect this year featured Niel Oscarson, Business Solutions Research Director at KLAS. It’s not every day that our employees have the opportunity to step outside of their day-to-day work and reflect on the impact that our technology has on frontline workers and their patents. During the KLAS session, we learned what makes us stand out in the market, and opportunities that we can continue growing into. Neil focused on our growth over the year, the recent success we’ve seen in KLAS ratings, and our unique position as an industry leader.
Looking forward to 2025–and 2026!
As we head into 2025, we carry forward the energy, inspiration, and camaraderie from this incredible event. Here’s to another year of driving impact, innovating for the future, and, of course, having fun along the way.
